Before you say yes
Is there really no cost to us? +
None. The machine, delivery, installation, and the first stocking are all covered by AZ Vend. You only provide the floor space and, ideally, an outlet nearby.
What if it doesn't sell well at our location? +
We track sales and adjust the product mix to match what actually moves at your spot. If a location genuinely isn't working after we've tried adjusting, we'll talk through options rather than leave a dead machine taking up space.
How often do you restock? +
On a set schedule based on your foot traffic — typically weekly or biweekly. We also monitor stock levels so we're rarely caught off guard by a machine running empty.
Can we choose what's in the machine? +
Yes. Tell us what your team, members, or customers actually want, and we'll stock accordingly. We're happy to adjust the mix as we see what sells.
Do we get a cut of the sales? +
Not by default. AZ Vend covers the full cost of the machine, stocking, and service, so we keep the revenue. If your location would like a share, we're glad to discuss it — any agreed percentage is written into your placement contract before the machine goes in, never a verbal understanding.
Is there a contract? +
A simple placement agreement covering the term and our service commitment — nothing complicated, and nothing that locks you in long-term. If we've agreed to a revenue share for your location, that exact percentage is documented in the same contract.
Do the machines take card and tap payments? +
Yes — every AZ Vend machine ships cashless-ready, so customers can tap a card or phone as easily as inserting cash.
